Anticoagulation Clinic app for iPhone and iPad

The Anticoagulation Clinic is a pioneering Patient Support initiative undertaken at selected centers across the country to help clinicians with point of care INR monitoring resulting in better patient treatment outcomes with improved INR compliance. The Anticoagualtion Clinic App will help maintain patients PT & INR records on real time basis in order to understand the level of INR control being maintained in every patient over a period of time. The app will give back analytics to the clinicians about the time within the therapeutic range for his patients.
